1、Design of the Control Board
PAC30A series: the use of digital circuit intelligent design, automatic phase discrimination, and strive for simple wiring and high quality requirements, low-cost design, basically achieve the cost of the solid state relay, while making up for the defects of the solid state relay, so that the function of PAC30A has reached: power regulation/voltage regulation arbitrary setting, initial power-on with slow start, manual/automatic adjustment output, output limit, load center grounding or non-grounding arbitrary setting, special voltage and frequency optional, etc.
2、Selection of radiator
The radiator adopts a blade radiator with high heat dissipation performance.
3、Selection of fans
120 axial fan, ball bearing type. It has the characteristics of long life and low heat generation.
4. Selection of thyristor modules
2 types of thyristor modules are used:
A: The Ximenkang module imported from Germany is characterized by low heat generation and high reliability.
B: Domestic module, specially selected low-voltage drop chip, soldered and pressed with imported insulating materials with high heat dissipation performance Joined. It is characterized by strong overload capacity and reliable quality.
