1、Design of the Control Board

The PAC35C series intelligent SCR cycle power controller is a new product in the application technology of high-power thyristor modules. It operates in cycle power control mode and features automatic phase discrimination, soft start and shutdown upon power-up, and heat sink overtemperature protection. It is suitable for resistive loads and can be configured by customers for center-grounded or ungrounded loads, achieving true intelligence.

2、Selection of radiator

The radiator adopts a blade radiator with high heat dissipation performance. 

3、Selection of fans 

120 axial fan, ball bearing type. It has the characteristics of long life and low heat generation.

4. Selection of thyristor modules

  The Ximenkang module imported from Germany is characterized by low heat generation and high reliability.
